Customer Service Agents required by leading credit management company. You will be responsible for negotiating repayment arrangements with debtors and third parties by predominately inbound and some outbound telephone calls with the aim of collecting outstanding debt.
Working on behalf of a well known banking organisation, you will provide first class customer service to clients ensuring all information is recorded correctly and quality procedures are adhered to. Candidates must have:
- Excellent customer service experience.
- A strong continuous work history.
- Enthusiasm and dedication.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 15.00-21.00 and Saturday or Sunday 10.00-16.00
Please note that successful candidates will be subject to a credit check and possibly to a Disclosure Scotland check.
