Graduate Developer Opportunity Glasgow   £20 – 25k plus excellent benefits

Leading national professional services client has an opportunity for an entry level developer to join the Glasgow office. This innovative firm is a leading name within their industry and has a fantastic opportunity to develop your IT career. The successful graduate will be joining a team of IT specialist in a professional environment.

Responsibilities will be development and support of systems using Microsoft Technologies (ASP.Net, C#, Sharepoint, SQL Server). Applications will vary from internal and client, being heavier on the client side. You will be involved in the full lifecycle of development using SCRUM methodology, working alongside senior developers.

Applicants must have a minimum 2:1 degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems or Equivalent. You must have a strong academic knowledge of IT systems, specifically including extensive academic use of programming languages. The right candidate will be able to demonstrate skills gained at University and/or placement utilising Object Orientated Programming. You will be comfortable working in Office 2007, Excel 2007 & Word 2007 development.
