There’s never been a more important time to join Syngenta. Your role will involve robustly monitoring processes, resolving day-to-day technical queries, identifying areas for change and implementing process improvements. Taking responsibility for the delivery of new product introductions and acting as the key site contact for all formulation matters will also be part of your remit.
With at least a degree or equivalent in chemistry, you’ll have solid experience of working in a manufacturing environment in a plant support role. Your background should demonstrate the ability to work to the high standards required of an ISO 9000-compliant facility. Knowledge of analytical processes to track manufacturing performance will be essential, as will technical reporting skills. You should also be a flexible, target-orientated team player who can operate under pressure, communicate effectively and respond to changing priorities.
