Catering Advisor Stirling (Town)   c. £25,000 + car, pension and bonus

Belhaven Pubs operates over 300 pubs around Scotland, 230 of which are leased.  As food is a key area of growth, we are looking to appoint a Catering Advisor to the leased estate.

Reporting to the Catering Controller, we are looking for an experienced caterer who will:

• Identify food opportunities within the leased estate
• Support tenants to introduce a food offer or develop their existing food offer
• Provide relevant training programmes to assist in the successful launch of food offers
• Drive kitchen hygiene standards and food consistency across the business
• Provide an advisory service to tenants in the areas of food profitability
• Manage, monitor and review menu launches
• Review kitchen design and where necessary advise tenants on specific requirements

This position will involve extensive travel around Scotland, with evening and weekend work as required. You will be provided with a car, laptop and mobile phone to enable you carry out the role.
