Our Client a well established Mortgage Broker and key player in the UK Mortgage Market currently require a qualified experienced Mortgage Advisor to work within their Hamilton office:
Major Activities and Responsibilities :
- Provide professional advice on pre-arranged qualified leads.
- Achieve main target areas in:
- Mortgage Lending
- General Insurance
- Mortgage Protection cover
- Comply with operational and control procedures and the compliance requirements laid down by the regulatory bodies.
Skills/Experience Required
- CeMap qualified
- FPC 1,2 & 3 advantageous.
- Broad knowledge of financial products and services
- Proven experience of working in a mortgage sales environment
- Planning and organising skills.
