The Company

OfficeTeam are recruiting for temporary receptionist for an established organisation in Falkirk. This is an ongoing temporary position, candidates must possess a recent enhanced disclosure.

The Role

OfficeTeam require a temporary receptionist to start work immediately in a busy office in Falkirk. Working hours are 8-5pm with 1 hour for lunch. Duties will include switchboard, front desk duties such as meeting and greeting, general admin duties and audio typing. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential and you may be asked to take on administrative tasks when required. This is a temporary ongoing position. Please note candidates must possess and up to date enhanced disclosure. You should also be familiar with MS Outlook and Word
