Our Client has an opportunity for a Forensic Reporting Manager to join a highly motivated and experienced team. The team provides high quality forensic services to a wide variety of customers including Police forces, other law enforcement agencies, criminal defence solicitors, and solicitors working in the civil legal system. We are looking for experience, flexibility, a positive attitude towards change, as well as a desire to exceed customer expectations, to join the highly committed team.

Day-to-day responsibilities, depending on experience, will involve reporting a wide range of routine and complex cases across a variety of evidence types including:
· Footwear and other marks comparisons
· Toolmark comparison
· Glass
· Paint
· Physical fits
· Other evidence types, e.g. fibres or fires.

You will need:
· A strong customer focus which means the enthusiasm, flexibility, initiative and organisational skills to prioritise a diverse workload, meeting tight deadlines working as part of a team
· A proven track record as a Forensic Reporting Manager/Officer
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Writing statements/reports & providing evidence in court

Minimum Qualifications:
A degree in a relevant scientific discipline and a minimum of two years’ experience in one or more of the reporting disciplines listed above.

Preferred Qualifications:
Scene attendance preferred but not essential.

Benefits:
Salary is negotiable depending on experience
25 days holiday (negotiable)
37.5 hours per week, flexible hours
