4-6 MONTH CONTRACT* SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR*

Our client is a market leading manufacturing company with operations in the Glenrothes area. An opening currently exists for a administrator to support the internal sales process and work within a busy team.

Responsibilities:

- Process booking
- Invoicing
- Stock investigation through in-house sales systems
- Manage rebate claims on customer sales
- Handle the customer claims procedure, working to Key Performance Indicators

Ideally applicants will have worked in a manufacturing environment and must have good Excel skill and strong communication skills.

Standard hours of work are: 8.30am - 5.30pm with a need for flexibility on Fridays at the month's end.
