Highly successful FTSE-100 organisation requires a Programme Location Manager to help co-ordinate a global change programme across all regional Scottish offices. This household name is currently in the early stages of a far reaching change programme looking at their business worldwide and preparing them for ambitious growth plans. This role will see you as a central figure in this change programme roll-out liaising between the central change team and regional sites.

Based from any of the regional headquarters (eg Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen) the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting all aspects of this change programme across the various regions whilst acting as the primary interface back and forth with the UK Programme Team. The role holder will work with front to Back Office teams,seeking stakeholder buy-in and co-ordinating the resources required.

Essential experience for this role includes:-

  • Good business analysis skills to enable the successful candidate to assess the workflows and impacts on the regional locations of the overall programme.
  • Top class stakeholder management and communication abilities. As a primary contact during the implementation you will be a key contact at meetings, on conference calls and in terms of keeping regional staff updated.
  • Track record of Programme/Project Delivery. Liaising with all stakeholders you will drive the delivery across the regions, ensuring resources are in place and will have involvement in testing, piloting, training, embedding the change and the post implementation reviews.
  • Must have experience from front to Back Office in a large complex corporate environment, with a sound understanding of processflows.
  • Excellent understanding of project management methods and techniques, as well as awareness of continuous improvement ideas.
