Hudson is recruiting an Engineering Manager for its FMCG client in the East of central Scotland 

This exciting position is ideally suited for a fully Qualified Engineering candidate with either an Electrical or Mechanical Bias and FMCG Management experience. 

Main responsibilities will include: 

• Management and development of the engineering team whilst ensuring legislative compliance with Health and safety and environment requirements. 
• Ensure departmental KPI objectives and targets are achieved including Plant performance, Budget , Plant running time and Utilities usage . 
• Create and implement Continuous improvement methodologies 
• Create a robust improvement agenda for all aspects of engineering 
• Project Management
