Commercial Executive Prestwick   £35 - £38 per annum

Eden Scott's Client is a global organisation based in Prestwick, and is currently looking to recruit for a Commercial Executive to join their Engineering Finance Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to come on board covering Engineering and New Business Winning teams dealing with the Commercial development within Regional Support under the FD. You will understand the role of the Commercial function within the business and seek to develop to improve the business.

This roles responsibility will include:
• Application of the Operational framework and commercial contribution to the Life cycle Management and Request for Bid Approval process
• Awareness of legal impacts that affects Commercial function & ensure training is in place to develop team
• Dealing with contracting including customer requirements, contract set up, provide commercial contributions on route to contract, negotiate and finalise, and ability to manage/contract subcontractors or suppliers
• Active role in contract management with ongoing Risk/Opportunity identification, and have strong Financial awareness and consideration of bids and contracts along with financial management and financial accounting.

Skills and Qualifications will include:
• Ideally have a Foundation Diploma in Purchasing & Supply (CIPS)
• Must have experience of working in similar role within and industrial/commercial environment
• Good team management
• Excellent communication skills
