 Italian Speaking Technical Support Engineer West Lothian £16-£17k 

 An exciting permanent opportunity for an Italian speaking Technical Support Advisor exists with our client, the UK’s leading outsourced contact centre provider with 281 centres in 51 countries. You will be using your technical knowledge and language skills while working for a global software technologies provider. The company’s modern facility based in Linlithgow boasts a free gym, tennis courts, football pitch, canteen, shop, library and unlimited parking.

 Hours: 40 hrs a week 24/7. 25% shift allowance night & Sunday shift                                                                              

You must have:                             

• Exceptional spoken and written English and Italian
• Excellent technical knowledge
• Helpdesk/Troubleshooting experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Familiarity with Unix, Linux or Solaris

Your job will involve:                                 

• Providing technical support via e-mail and telephone
• Logging calls accurately and in accordance with guidelines
