Design Technician Tillicoultry   £To Be Advised

Our client located in Tillicoultry, a highly successful packaging manufacturer is looking to appoint an experienced Design Technician with Manufacturing Design Degree (or equivalent) also experience on SOLID is an essential requirement for this post.

Job Purpose;
To design and develop packaging from prototype and make design improvements to existing packaging to maintain compliance with H&S regulations.

Key Responsibilities;
Design and assembly drawings using SOLID to take design from concept to full manufacture whilst also devising technical/engineering solutions to manufacturing process problems.

Knowledge, Skills and Experienced Required;

SOLID, CAD and Design skills

The ability to design experiments to test and improve equipment

High degree of IT literacy, including use of spreadsheets

Excellent communication an interpersonal skills

The ability to work with and support business groups both internally and externally.
