Pertemps client a large finance company based in Dunfermline are looking for Customer Service Advisers to join there busy team.

This is your chance to be the voice of one of the largest financial services organisations in the UK you will be.speaking to people from all walks of life every day on the telephone, taking a genuine interest in each customer. By listening to their needs, answering their questions, you’ll build a real rapport with our customers. You’ll show them how much we value them by discussing their personal loan requirements that suit their situation, you’ll work towards achieving your target’s and help us create better value for them too. You will take real ownership of every call and you’ll show pride in everything you do. Offering simple, straightforward advice, You will strike a perfect balance between friendliness and efficiency by offering simple, straightforward advice.You will be in control if your own performance and identify opportunities to develop new skills. As a team player, you’ll also look after your colleagues, by sharing advice and offering them positive support.

The role involves dealing with in coming calls from customers looking to take out loans, insurance and other products that they have saw on-line - you will then take the customers through the proses.
