Search Consultancy have been engaged by a leading Construction Firm to recruit a Proposals Coordinator to work in either their Edinburgh or Glasgow office.

Reporting directly in to the Proposals Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the tenders process. After researching clients to understand their needs, you will liaise with various departments to collate relevant information for PQQ’s, and then create proposals in line with the firm’s vision and values, maintaining brand consistency at all times. You will manage the timely sign off of each proposal, then conduct post-proposal reviews to maximise retention of information.

We would like to invite applications from candidates with strong proposals experience, who are able to use their own initiative and pay close attention to detail. Organisational and prioritisation skills are key, as is the ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external clients. Candidates should be able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
