Process Improvement Engineer,

My Client are a family run & orientated company founded over 60 years ago. They have a global presence and are a genuine market leader in their field.

For their manufacturing plant in Fife they have an immediate requirement for a Process Improvement Engineer.
You will be involved in the research, development and commissioning of manufacturing methods for NPI.
You will evaluate & improve the efficiency, productivity, quality & safety of current manufacturing methods.
You will evaluate & report on new processing plant, equipment, advise on processes and improvements, cost savings & quality related issues.
Liaise with R & D Teams and offer advice & assistance when required on new product development.

You will a have professional qualification (Degree) in an Engineering discipline & have several years experience in a processing environment. Experienced of full process from conception to production within a continuous manufacturing environment in addition you will have a good understanding of liquid phase reaction engineering and silica chemistry.
