Proposals Coordinator Glasgow   £ Competitive

Our client a leading Construction company operating across a number of sectors are looking to recruit a Proposals Coordinator to join their existing team in Glasgow.

You will be involved in the coordination of information for PQQ's & Tender documents, ensuring that the content is accurate & consistently well presented.

Key Responsibilities will include:

* Research each client to understand what is important to them prior to submitting proposal
* Liaise internally with key contributors to build up the Proposals
* Manage a consistent design and layout of Proposals
* Support Estimating and Bid Function with high quality information and packaging of all bids
* Carry out post-proposal reviews & analysis to enable future improvements.
* Maintain brand consistency with proposals
* Effectively manage own time to prioritise tasks and complete workload demands.

Excellent communication skills are required as is proficiency in Microsoft Office & knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or a similar package.

You will have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role & will be comfortable with working under pressure and to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
