Search Consultancy have 2 excellent opportunities to join our International client on a permanent basis as a Team Leader within a Mainframe environment in a central and very integral area of the organisation

You will have a proven leadership background and ability, overseeing the daily activity of up to 10 members of the team working on the support, maintenance and further development of applications within a Mainframe environment

You will be charged with engaging and managing stakeholders, sponsors, external suppliers and senior managers and ensuring communication is continuous, providing updates as required, highlighting areas of risk or concern and ensuring SLAs are met as agreed.

You will be responsible for holding conversations with areas other than technology such as strategy, planning and architecture as well as the business so must have a solid technical understanding and excellent communication skills with the ability to translate needs and plans accordingly to your audience.
