In the programme advisory team, we are looking for positive individuals who possess a strong ability in generating and promoting solutions to our customers. You must be able to influence our customers in a natural and positive manner, offering resiliency to the equation. With an irrepressible spirit, you will be able to negotiate the best solution to both the customer and the business - 'tuning in' to the customer's needs.
Not every call you will handle will be a positive one, but if you enjoy being challenged and have the ability to compromise, you can turn this around into a memorable experience for the customer for all the 'right' reasons.
