Our client is a leading national provider of credit management services And are now hiring COLLECTION AGENTS.

We are seeking dynamic individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results! The Collection Agent contacts customers to analyze customer needs, negotiate payment arrangements and offer payment alternatives and solutions.

Essential Functions:

• analyze a customer’s financial situation and offer the best payment solutions to meet objectives.

• Ensure adherence to the Debt Collections Practices, other compliance regulations.

• Perform consistently to meet performance standards set by the department.

• Participation in monthly management roundtables and feedback sessions.

• Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned Experience and Skills Required:

• Applicants should have a reasonable standard of education and professional telephone manner in order to be considered

• Collections experience preferred, but will train the right person

• Bank or credit card call centre experience a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Must have above average computer knowledge typing skills and computer skills in MS-Excel, MS-Word, Operating systems, etc.

• Multi-tasking skills required to assist the customer and work in the computer systems in a timely and efficient manner

• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
