Search Consultancy are seeking an experienced Flexographic Printer to work within the busy manufacturing plant of our client based in East Kilbride, South Lanarkshire. This position is on a permanent full time basis working rotational shifts.
Main responsibilities to include driving zero defects target by ensuring compliance to recognised procedures & work instructions at all times, ensuring accurate & timely recording of all associated documentation and assisting in the creation of a continual improvement environment within the production area.
Candidates should have an absolute minimum of two years flexographic printing experience, good dexterity & attention to detail and experience of working to targets & schedules. Working knowledge of quality & continuous improvement activity and an understanding of lean manufacturing concepts are also essential requirements.
