My client based with Glasgow has a current requirement for a Head of Learning and Development.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with HR Director to develop and communicate a clear strategy for Learning & Development
- Lead and manage the Learning and Development team
- Design, develop and implement an effective leadership development programme which underpins organisations values.
- Produce and analyse Learning & Development metrics to ensure effective delivery of service to the business. Also produce business information on Learning & Development in line with company requirements.
The successful candidate will be CIPD or equivalent Learning and Development qualification with extensive experience of working previously at a senior Learning and Development level.
