Our leading blue chip client has an exciting contract opportunity for a Business Change Analyst. Ideally with hands on experience of developing and delivering training in a change environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and inquisitive Business Change Analyst who is looking to work in a challenging, but rewarding area of the business that can offer genuine opportunities and enhancement of skills

In the role of Business Change Analyst you will be working on a Document Management project and ideally will possess some expertise in this area.

Skills Required for this role:

- Previous experience of devising a Communications Plann / Communication Strategy
- Demonstrable experience of devising and delivering training workshops as part of a change initiative. (i.e. Performing TNA - Training Needs Analysis, Developing and providing the necessary training solution)
- Strong stakeholder management experience to ensure that all relevant stakeholders are regularly updated and suitably primed and supported throughout the business change process.
