Compliance Manager Glasgow   Circa £35K-£40K plus benefits

Our client is one of the leading outsource solution providers across the UK.  As a leader in their market group they now employ over 2000 staff across multiple sites.

Due to current growth, my client is currently looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to join this fast paced, innovative organisation. This role will be responsible for all staff in the Compliance Audit Team.

The successful candidate will be fully accountable for an ongoing compliance programme and must meet all business and regulatory requirements. Furthermore the applicants must be passionate and driven and have experience of leading change.

For you to be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

• To coordinate and collate full analysis of all regulatory data and provide consistent robust risk assessment programme
• To ensure full business compliance and regulations are met at all times and keeping abreast of all legislative changes
•  Analysis and interpretation of MI reporting and providing snapshots to key stakeholders to enhance business improvement
• To conduct and conclude all monitoring across the estate, this is inclusive of desk and field based monitoring
• To ensure all security is maintained and controlled with all external and Internal clients and ensure all action plans are maintained and updated as per business requirements
• To create a culture of governance and consistency always compliant with best practice

The ideal candidate will have an QSA and a CCA accreditation

Having experience of a contact centre environment would be advantageous but not essential
