Customer Service Agent Glasgow   £6.50ph

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent for our client in the Cambuslang area of Glasgow.  We are looking for someone with previous experience working within a Transport/Distribution office.  This is an ongoing temporary contract with the opportunity of it going permanent for the right applicant.

You will be dealing with customers both face to face and by phone ensuring the highest level of customer service is being delivered at all times.

Main Responsibilities:-

• Dealing with customer enquiries ensuring a quick response is provided
• Updating customer records on in house computer system
• Arranging redeliveries
• Cash Handling

We are looking for someone with excellent customer service, organisation and communication skills and you must be computer literate due to the amount of data inputting involved in this role.

The hours of work will be 14:00hrs-20:00hrs with the opportunity of overtime.
