NDE Engineer

Applying expert knowledge of NDE inspection processes to ensure all products meet specification, standards and performance requirements, in the role of NDE Engineer you will:
- Work collaboratively with engineering and the customer at quotation stage to assist in defining NDE and technical requirements
- Ensure customer material quality requirements are sufficiently defined throughout the project and actively participate in regular progress review meetings
- Take a lead role in significant NDE issues to ensure timely resolution
- Identify, develop and implement common processes and procedures and mentor others in their application
- Proactively work across the organisation to identify and drive NDE improvement projects, based on solid technical and product knowledge
- Support and develop vendor understanding of NDE issues
- Provide after-sales support on NDE and technical issues.
In addition to expert knowledge of NDE processes and their application you will also have a welding inspector qualification minimum of CSWIP 3.1 or EN 473 /PCN level II.
