To meet customer specifications in accordance with industry codes and work procedures, in the role of Analysis Engineer you will:

• Perform thermal and structural FEA as required using Ansys V12 or ABAQUS 6.9 –EF1 to improve or verify the performance of FMC products
• Prepare FEA reports and provide advice for both internal and external customers on classical calculations, structural and thermal analysis
• Provide competent advice on material behavior during daily tasks and design reviews
• Represent FMC during customer meetings and seminars when required
• Participate in improvement discussions relating to FEA techniques, software and machines to regularly influence product designs
• Provide competent input to risk assessments.

With strong experience of FEA preferably from a product design environment, you will also ideally have an honours degree in an appropriate discipline.  Other qualifications may be accepted at the discretion of Engineering Management.
