Identifying and co-ordinating process improvement activities which advance engineering performance, in the role of Process Engineer you will:

• Develop and realise engineering strategies towards process improvement
• Solicit input as necessary to support identification of value-adding process improvements
• Ensure engineering process activities are delivered on time, within cost and to the relevant quality standards
• Map, document and effectively communicate engineering process improvements with consideration of wider organisational impact
• Provide effective training and mentoring of engineering personnel in process application  
• Co-ordinate and align local processes with global engineering process initiatives
• Champion Continuous Improvement and Lean methodologies.

In addition to strong engineering process development experience you will also ideally have a degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Manufacturing Engineering.  Other qualifications or combination of education and experience may be accepted at the discretion of Engineering Management.
