Due to continued success my client is currently looking  for a Temporary Team Manager who has had previous experience in an outsource environment to join there fast paced management team.

You will be responsible for up to 12 members of staff and looking at moving the team forward to ensure the delivery of a excellent customer service, for you to be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following.

• Coaching and Mentoring staff
• To maintain and exceed all business objectives and achieving all day to day KPI's
• To produce reporting on various topics including projection and forecasting.
• Maintaining key relationships with internal clients
• Pro active approach and forward thinking is a must
