Facilities Team Leader Glasgow   £Dep on Experience

My client is one of Scotland’s outsourcing providers and now integrates almost 20 years of customer satisfaction and delivering a high quality service, placing them as a leader in contact centre activities across multiple sites in Scotland.

Due to heavy investment into their infrastructure and resources my client is now looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual to join their facilities team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for running the facilities team and ensuring that all maintenance is secure and safe and actively supporting the facilities manager . This role also needs someone who can work in a cost effective manner while maintaining a safe and positive working environment for all staff, customers and visitors while on site. 

The key responsibly of this role are as following:

• Multi tasking and delegating tasks across the team to ensure maximum performance at all times
• Monitoring all relationships and work with contractors/security
• Meet compliance legislation at all times
• Assist with maintenance repairs across the multiple sites
• Ensure the Facilities Management business plan is executes and all works carried out as per the PPM schedule

For you to be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and capability:

• Relevant city and guilds or equivalent qualification
• Excellent management and leadership skills
• Strong Time management, organisation skills and exposure to maintenance schedules is desirable
• Full knowledge and comprehension of current Health and Safety legislation is essential
• Flexible approach to hours as call outs will be a part of this role, so flexibility is a must
• Full clean drivers license
