Sales Team Manager Glasgow   £25,000 per Annum

We are currently working with a Renfrewshire based client who due to business growth have a requirement for an experienced Sales Team Manager to join their team.

Ideally we are very keen to speak to Sales Team Managers from a Financial Services insurance background who have a minimum of 3 years management experience, preferably within a contact centre environment.

The role will involve;

*** Daily operational management of team of between 8 - 12 sales agents
*** Team training and coaching issues
*** Call quality and monitoring
*** Team motivation and achievement of targets
*** HR issues

If you have previous team management experience within a financial services environment, preferably healthcare insurance and have the ability to drive and improve team performance this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
