PRG currently have a vacancy for a Regulatory Reporting Accountant to manage the external FSA regulatory requirements - primarily Basel II Pillar 3 Disclosures and Integrated Regulatory Reporting (IRR).
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
Delivery of monthly and quarterly IRR reporting requirements;
Ongoing development and management of the Pillar 3 Disclosure process;
Production of component parts of other external disclosure projects as required (eg IFRS 7);
Developing capability to meet any new reporting requirements;
Working closely with the month end team to understand impact of current issues and to develop adequate solutions for reporting requirements;
Working closely with Group Finance to resolve issues and progress developments in reporting.
To be considered for this position you will be a newly/recently qualified Accountant ideally seeking a first move from Practice. Previous statutory accounting experience is desirable though not mandatory. Excellent career prospects exit within this leading Glasgow employer.
