Are you technically minded with excellent English skills? Are you interested in working for a market leader dedicated to winning profitable projects up to £30m? This role could be ideal.

Our Client is a leading construction contractor with offices throughout the UK. A Proposals Manager is now required due to join their successful Glasgow based operation due to increased workload and subsequent expansion.

Responsibilities for the role will include:
• Constant liaison with company colleagues from a number of departments
• Producing pre-qualification questionnaire submissions and tender documentation for a variety of education, retail and commercial projects
• Post proposal analysis
• Producing high standards of written documentation in order to ensure successful submissions

Applicants will preferably be from a technical background and possess outstanding written English language skills. You will have experience within a bid management/proposals department gained with a construction or consulting engineering organisation. The ability to work to tight deadlines is a pre-requisite to this role as is the ability to form strong working relationships. Strong organisational skills and the capability to collate large quantities of information, producing high quality proposals in a fast paced environment will be required.
