We're looking for a bi-lingual English/French and German/English speaker with customer service/contact centre experience to join our award winning E-Commerce Sales & Support Team, based in East Kilbride.
As the face of www.crucial.com, one of the world's leading memory brands, you'll ensure that you are consistently WOWing our customers with every contact. Being part of a small, specialised team, you'll have inbound contact centre experience, proven customer service skills and be confident handling a variety of sales, customer service, and technical support queries, primarily in English but also in French or German. Our customers contact us in three ways - by phone, email and live chat. As someone who is self motivated, you will be results focused, able to understand the balance between quality and quantity- and be a good team player.
The successful candidate will report directly to the E-Commerce Customer Experience Supervisor.
Primary Responsibilities
The E-Commerce Sales & Support Agent is a multi-functional position that includes many diverse responsibilities. As front line contact for our customers, you will handle telephone calls, emails and live web chat. You will use your service skills to understand a customers requirements, identify the solution best suited to their needs and conclude in one contact in line with our Customer Experience programme and brand values. As well as providing guidance on products and concluding sales, you will issue returns and replacement orders when required.
The ability to adapt to our varied customer base - from consumers to businesses - is key, so providing one on one instruction and support to customers on a variety of issues, from troubleshooting to installation in a professional and friendly manner is essential. Flexibility is also important, as you may be asked to perform additional tasks when required including special projects, in line with departmental and business goals.
Full training on our products, services and support will be given.
Requirements
Our customers have high expectations of our products and services. so the following are essential:
Experience in a customer support contact centre environment with a proven track record of success.
High level of English and French/German competency required, both written and oral.
Excellent telephone manner and listening skills.
Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability.
Self motivated and able to work on your own initiative.
Keen team worker with good communication skills and confidence.
Excellent keyboard and PC skills.
