Smart Graphics Sales Office Administrator Glasgow   £Depending on Experience

We have a position in our sales office for an exceptional co-ordinator who is organised, good with detail and communicates well. You will be liaising with people at all levels within industry and you will do this by phone, e-mail and letter.

Correct English and spelling are important. A good telephone manner is essential. You will seek out and record key information for projects using our MIS. You will be numerate creating small quotes and controlling complex quotes from the estimator.

You will regulate what is promised to customers, how and when the project goes live and co-ordinate internal departments to ensure we keep to these promises.  You will keep field sales staff apprised of progress.
