Compliance/Audit Manager Glasgow   Up to £45K + Benefits

Eden Scott's client, a leading service provider to a number of market leaders is currently seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join their team support the growth and development of their internal compliance and audit team.

Reporting to the senior management team, you will ensure that processes are in place to monitor business, legal and regulatory requirements. Duties will include but will not be limited to:

• To conduct compliance monitoring reviews, including field visits and desk-based monitoring
• To develop and manage the ongoing maintenance of compliance monitoring frameworks and toolkits
• To co-ordinate the collation, aggregation and analysis of regulatory data to provide a risk basis for the development of the monitoring plan
• Tracking of monitoring actions with appropriate escalation, including the reporting of breaches and creation and delivery of corrective action plans
• Ensure contracted security controls as outlined within client contracts
• Raise awareness and provide support and guidance to staff within the organisation on relevant compliance requirements and standards.
• Undertake additional project work and targeted reviews as directed by the head of support services

Candidate Requirements

• Previous compliance/audit/risk experience gained within a PCI regulated environment is preferred, ideally QSA qualified
• Ability to work with confidential and sensitive material discreetly.
• Project management experience
• Ability to analyse and interpret information in a concise and easily understandable manner
