Gael Limited have an immediate need for Solution Sales Executives to cover the UK & Internationally from an East Kilbride base.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Increase sector sales
  • Indentify new market trends, opportunities & partners
  • Promote company capabilities direct to clients
  • Technically promote the benefits & solutions
  • Identify & network with the key decision makers in each account
  • Achieve sales targets & manage key performance indicators
  • Selling to Executive, Department, IT & Procurement
  • Reporting of customer communications using CRM e.g. Sage etc
  • Communicate customer requirements internally

To be considered you must have the following skills & experience:

  • Successful solution & consultancy sales track record
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals
  • Experience of selling software solutions within the Aviation or Healthcare sectors is advantageous; but not essential.
  • Confident, self motivated & focused
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to develop strategic business relationships at the highest levels
  • Technology minded / qualified (full training will be given)
  • Flexible with time & travel commitments (some overseas travel will be required for the Aviation role)
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Good presentation skills
  • Ability to work alone & within a team environment.
  • Detailed orientated
  • Gravitas, vision & high levels of drive & energy to make things happen
