On target earnings of £34,920 with an uncapped bonus scheme.

An opportunity has risen to work with one of our leading clients within their call centre based within the City Centre of Glasgow.

We are looking for people with a strong telesales background, including business to business sales and have a positive attitude and the motivation to strive for and achieve targets.

Training;

Residential - Initial Sales Training Course (approx 13 days or max 3 weeks). Ongoing Learning & Development, PDP planning, 1:1’s, Qtr & Annual Reviews

Advisors would be expected to;

• Acquire new customers to generate new revenue prospecting
• Retain and grow existing accounts to generate increased revenue
• Achieve sales, quality and customer satisfaction targets as defined in the sales plan for their department

Successful candidates will be able to work on their own initiative and have experience of working within a target based environment.

Knowledge and Skills;

• Match to the current client TSC psychometric profile
• Have evidence of a successful career to date, preferably within a telesales background
• Have awareness of the market they work in
• Be able to demonstrate resilience in a telesales role
• Computer literate / numberate / ability to spell
• Good time-management and strong organisational skills
• Demonstrate good listening skills
• Be eligible to work in the UK
