Outbound Telesales / Telemarketing Professionals East Kilbride   Up to £15,000 Basic Plus Commission (OTE £30,000)

Montgomerie Knight Recruitment are currently looking for candidates who have outbound B2B (Business to Business) cold calling experience and who can achieve sales and productivity targets while maximising opportunities to offer our clients full range of products and services.

Duties include:

Outbound calling to prospects to achieve the following:

• Product sales
• Database cleansing
• Lead generation
• Appointment setting
• Growing sales of company products and services
• Being part of a customer specific telesales/telemarketing team for various outbound campaigns
• Other sales related duties

Desired skills and experience:

• Outbound cold calling experience
• Demonstrable experience of achieving sales targets
• Ability to overcome objections

Being able to work in a team environment is essential, as is the ability to work to targets. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate commitment and drive on a daily basis.

This role is based in East Kilbride and comes with an excellent commission structure which is achievable from day one.

Hours will be standard office hours Mon – Fri 08:45 – 17:00 hrs (37.5 hrs/per week).
