This is an outbound service centre, where you will be calling existing and new customers to discuss the various products and services our client has on offer.

 Key responsibilities will include:

§                   listening to customer requirements and discussing their needs and wants in a professional and appropriate way

§                   gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;

§                   maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone call;

§                   advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;

§                   reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;

§                   attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.

We are looking for people who are comfortable working in a call quality environment, who can work to strict FSA regulations and are happy to work to specific targets.
