Key responsibilities for the role of Operations Manager:
To manage a number of teams of specialist complaint handlers who investigate and resolve complaints in line with organisational complaints procedures.
Direct the operation to ensure complaints management meets business objectives.
Manage the operation to ensure meets customer expectations.
Implements appropriate response activity to high impact and/or management risk situations.
Ensure requirements of the FSMA and all regulatory codes are met.
Builds well motivated, engaged and high-performing team.
Control;s budget for team.
Work with key stakeholders.

Experience of managing a number of teams
Strong leadership skills
Complaint handling experience
