Inbound Sales Executive Glasgow   £14,500 with opportunity to increase to £15,500 after 6 months plus benefits and bonus.

Our city centre based client is currently recruiting for inbound sales executives’ to join their successful and continually expanding team.

Responsibilities:

• Take incoming calls from customer’s providing and advising them on the full portfolio of products on offer
• Advising customers of products relating to their individual needs
• Over coming objections in order to close sales
• Highlighting the features and benefits of products
• Processing payments
• Updating the internal data base timely and accurately
• Ensuring all KPI are targets are achieved
• Ensure Data Protection and FSA guidelines are adhered to at all times

Skills Preferred:

• Contact centre customer service or sales experience
• Previous financial service’s experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Confidence in handling pressurised situations, including complaints
• Attention to detail
• PC Literate
• Good time management

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU MUST HAVE 5 STANDARD GRADES AT 3/C OR ABOVE WITH MATHS AND ENGLISH INCLUDED OR EQUIVALENT AND PASS A CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK

Hours of work:

Shifts: 37 hour working week rotational shift patterns Mon to Fri between 8am-8pm. One Saturday per month working 9am – 12.30pm
