Professional, confident receptionist is required for a front of house position for my busy client in the City centre of Glasgow.
Successful applicants will have 12 months plus experience in:
Managing front of house reception
Meeting and greeting high profile clients (as 1st point of contact for organisation)
Managing busy switchboard
Managing internal and external post
Booking conference and meeting rooms
General administrative duties to organisation members at various levels
You will be an experienced, professional receptionist who can hit the ground running with little need for support.
