Our Client, a reputable and growing company based in Blantyre are seeking an experienced Telesales Advisor to join their forward thinking and dynamic team. They are seeking a candidate who has outbound cold calling/contact centre experience and is able to achieve sales and productivity targets while maximising opportunities to offer our range of products and services. This position may go permanent for the right candidate.
Being able to work in a team environment is essential, as is the ability to work to targets, Successful candidates will easily overcome objections and be bale to demonstrate commitment and drive on a daily basis.
Candidate MUST have outbound calling experience, be able to demonstrate experience of achieving sales targets and be able to overcome objections easily.
Duties will include:
· Database cleansing
· Lead generation
· Appointment setting
· Growing sales of company products and services
· Being part of a customer specific telesales/telemarketing team for various outbound campaigns as and when required
Hours: Monday - Thursday (8.45am-17.00pm), Friday 8.45am - 16.00pm
