We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Equalities section to manage a team of staff who provide extended learning support services to learners across the College.  You will be experienced in leading and managing individuals and teams.  You will also coach colleagues in performance and service improvement processes and procedures.  You will have experience in providing support services for learners with a wide range of needs in an educational setting.  Awareness of assistive technologies and equalities/inclusion issues is important.  You should have a degree or equivalent qualification in education/teaching.  Additionally, the BRITE PDA and management training would be desirable.
