Estimating Analyst East Kilbride   TBN

A vacancy exists at our East Kilbride plant for an Estimating Analyst to support the current estimating team in day to day duties and the management and accuracy of the estimating system and the data held within it.  The role is to help manage the following

• Generating Estimates for orders and potential orders
• Maintaining the accuracy of data within the estimating system
• Analysis of estimating data and variances to actual to assist in cost management
• Liaising with Supply Chain and Sales in order to facilitate the above
• Ad hoc analysis on a day to day basis as required

The role reports into the Estimating Team Leader and onwards to the Finance Manager.

Direct experience of working in an estimating environment or analytical workloads would be an advantage but not a pre-requisite.  Good IT skills (Microsoft office) especially in managing data with Excel, is essential.
