Eden Scott’s client, a leading financial services organisation are looking to recruit a complaints handler for an 11 month contract.
This role will be responsible for:-
· Working in an area dealing with escalated complaints
· Investigate and resolve complaints
· Ensure all issues are logged correctly
· Identify any trends for recurring complaints
· Deal with complaints within regulatory timescales
Experience/background:-
· Strong verbal and written communication
· Specific complaint handling experience within a banking or financial service environment
· Strong eye for detail
· Tenacious
· Excellent customer services
