Recently registered, my client is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team as soon as possible, on a temporary basis. The duration of the contract is likely to be between two to three months whilst the role is recruited for on a permanent basis. Your duties will involve copy typing, call handling, producing letters and spreadsheet maintenance.
Due to the nature of this organisation, it is essential that all applicants have a Basic or Enhanced Disclosure Scotland which was completed in the last year. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your administrative experience within a busy public sector environment. Due to location, all applicants must have a Driving Licence and their own transport.
Duties:
Copy Typing
Call handling
Producing letters
Spreadsheet maintenance
