Mechanical Maintenance Fitter – Heavy Plant Helensburgh   £24000-27000 + OT

Hudson is recruiting a Mechanical Technician for its well-established Heavy engineering client in Scotland. This unique and exciting position is ideal for a hands on committed Mechanical Fitter with Heavy engineering experience that is looking to make they’re mark within a well-established business for the long term 

The Role will allow the successful candidate to be an integral part of the engineering team including scheduling, planning and executing of mechanical tasks. This will involve carrying out allocated work in relation to Fixed Plant and facilities maintenance incorporating the safe maintenance, service, inspection and repair of all listed equipment within the boundaries of recognised best practice and all applicable legislation.

The preferred candidate will be a time served mechanical technician with demonstrable working history within Heavy Engineering 

Due to the location of this position it will be likely that on-site dwelling will be required for the weekly shift pattern (State-of -the-art Purpose Built accommodation provided)
