Falkirk and District Association for Mental Health is a local charity (SCO 11889) who operate a variety of projects working with adults in the area sufferring or recovering from mental health problems. The Befriending Scheme are looking for volunteers to befriend adults in the community by spending 2/3 hours with them weekly or fortnightly. We offer training, expenses and support.
